Refund and Deposit Policy
Deposits
You can reserve a car by paying the deposit shown on its listing. Once we confirm your deposit, the car is held for you for 7 days and the remaining balance is shown on your order. The balance must be paid within that time unless we agree otherwise on WhatsApp. If it is not paid, we may cancel the order and make the car available again.
If we cancel
If we cancel your order for any reason, for example the car is no longer available or a price was listed by mistake, we refund everything you paid in full.
If you want to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number within 3 days of your payment being confirmed.
- If you paid in full, we refund the amount you paid.
- A confirmed deposit is not refundable if you cancel, because we hold the car for you and turn other buyers away. It is refunded in full if we cancel.
- After 3 days, refunds are not guaranteed and are decided case by case.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the method you paid with where possible. Bitcoin refunds are sent to a wallet address you give us, and Bitcoin payments cannot be reversed once sent. If your order had a Chime or Bitcoin discount, the refund is the amount you actually paid.
Unconfirmed payments
If you sent a payment that we could not match to an order, message us on WhatsApp with your payment confirmation and we will sort it out.
