Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website and buy a vehicle from ReDrive Motors ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them and to our Refund and Deposit Policy.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Please give us true and complete details.
2. Vehicles and listings
All vehicles are repossessed. Condition can vary, so please read the listing carefully, check the photos and VIN, and ask us any questions on WhatsApp before you pay. We try to keep listings accurate. If we find a mistake in a price or description, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. You can pay the full price, or the deposit shown on the listing to reserve the car. You can pay by Chime, Venmo, PayPal or Bitcoin. Chime payments receive a 5% discount and Bitcoin payments receive a 10% discount on the price and deposit. Discounts apply only to the payment method chosen when the order is placed.
4. Confirming your order
After you pay, send your payment confirmation (such as a screenshot or receipt) to us on WhatsApp with your order number. Your order is confirmed only after we have checked that we received your payment. Sending a confirmation alone does not complete an order. Once confirmed, we contact you using the details you gave to arrange the next steps.
5. Reserving with a deposit
When we confirm your deposit, the car is held for you for 7 days. The remaining balance must be paid within that time, unless we agree a different date with you on WhatsApp. If it is not paid, we may cancel the order and offer the car to others, as set out in the Refund and Deposit Policy.
6. Payment safety
Only pay to the payment details shown on your order page on this website, or sent by us on our official WhatsApp. Bitcoin payments cannot be reversed, so check the wallet address carefully before you send.
7. Your account
You can buy as a guest or create an account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
8. Our responsibility
We will do what we say on the listing and in your order. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
